Did you know that you can drop in and trial any of our classes? This way you can experience first-hand how we train. Our members range from beginner to advanced lifters, and the community of lifters who train with us are welcoming and encouraging.
Strength & Endurance Trial This is our body conditioning and resistance training class. We focus on resistance training using high-intensity and light weights. We aim to build strength, muscular endurance, and become more fit and toned.
Strength & Power TrialThis class ranges from beginner to experienced strength training class that focuses on improving the Big Three lifts: The Squat, The Press, and The Pull. We will lift the barbell to lift big weights, and a variety of implements such as dumbbells, medicine balls, and the barbell to get stronger.
Barbell Club (Olympic Weightlifting) TrialOlympic weightlifting is an incredibly effective strength training method but often one that is misunderstood and poorly performed. In our classes, we teach you how to safely and proficiently execute the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These movements take a high level of competency and dedication to learn, however, we teach you in a systematic way that is adaptable to people of all levels.
Active MobilityActive Mobility is our newest class with a dual purpose: to help you move better through full range of motion and to improve your core strength, because we can always use a stronger core!
