Strength & ConditioningIn this class we aim to build strength, muscular endurance, and become more fit and toned.
Strength & PowerThis class we focus on improving the Big Three lifts: The Squat, The Press, and The Pull, and we lift a variety of implements such as dumbbells, medicine balls, and the barbell to get stronger.
Barbell Club (Olympic Weightlifting)In our Olympic weightlifting classes, we teach you how to safely and proficiently execute the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. These movements take a high level of competency and dedication to learn, however, we teach you in a systematic way that is adaptable to people of all levels.
Active MobilityActive Mobility is our newest class with a dual purpose: to help you move better through full range of motion and to improve your core strength, because we can always use a stronger core!
