Foundations to Strength & Power

爆發力,力量和耐力基礎班

This course is for people who have little to no experience with barbell and/or strength training. You will also learn how to warm up and cool down properly, trunk training and stabilization movements, and barbell safety. You will learn the theory and technical practice of the squat, the pull, and the press. This course will teach you more in 4-hours than most gym goers learn in their entire lives. This course is a prerequisite for joining regular Strength & Power, and Strong & Toned classes.

This course consists of two classes that are 2-hours in duration (ie. four hours total for each course). We keep class size very small at 3 students max to ensure everyone gets detailed and personalised attention.

Don’t expect to become a barbell master in this short time, but you’ll be learn more about safe & smart training, strength training, barbell movements, and proper technique and principles than most avid gym-goers, personal trainers, and coaches in the same amount of time!

4小時的基礎班主要內容包括深蹲,推拉動作技巧和理論,令你有足夠準備參於我們的力量訓練班和力量耐力訓練班。
4小時的基礎班會分為兩次,每次為時兩小時。基礎班將不會令大家轉身變成舉重達人,但絕對會令大家理解到力量訓練,槓鈴基礎動作和所有必要的技巧原則!
 

 

Foundations to Olympic Weightlifting

奧運式舉重基礎班

Our Olympic Weightlifting course is perfect for beginner weightlifters, crossfitters, and seasoned athletes. You will learn all the basic movements of Olympic weightlifting, you will learn safe and proper technique, and become more knowledgeable about weightlifting. This course will teach you the technical model and the correct positions to properly and safely execute the snatch, clean, and jerk. This course is a prerequisite for joining regular Barbell Club classes.

This is also the course for you if you are transitioning from another sport, or has experience in Olympic weightlifting but would like a proper assessment and improvement of movement and technique. The coach will work with you according to your level of strength and experience, and you help you build the knowledge and confidence you need to continue and thrive in your weightlifting journey!

此班適合初學舉重人士(有基礎槓鈴技巧),CrossFit 運動員,其他的專項運動員等參加;。
此班教授基本奧運式舉重動作技巧,安全性和必要的舉重知識。此班尤其重視抓舉和挺舉的原則性技巧,為大家準備參加我們的舉重訓練班。 此班亦適合從其他專項運動過渡到舉重的運動員,或已有一定舉重經驗的大家,我們的教練會根據運動員經驗和能力進行評估並為各位提供改善方法和調整,繼而增進自信,享受舉重的樂趣!
